Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
System Administrator / IT Manager to act as our
dedicated in-house technology expert.
This role is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of IT
across our corporate and field operations.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our technology
infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted performance, security, and
maintenance of all hardware, software, servers, networks, and digital
filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Software Maintenance
-
Procure, configure, and maintain company IT hardware including
desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and specialized
field equipment.

Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and essential
business software including Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on all IT assets to minimize
operational downtime.
2. Server & Network Administration

Set up, monitor, and maintain local and cloud servers to ensure
maximum availability and reliability.

Manage internal networks, routers, switches, firewalls, LAN, WAN,
VPN, and internet connectivity.

Ensure secure remote access for corporate and field employees.

Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot
connectivity issues.
3. Data, File & Folder Management

Establish and maintain a secure and centralized digital file and
folder structure for the organization.

Manage user access controls, permissions, and directory structures.
-
Ensure employees have access only to information relevant to their
responsibilities.

Implement automated daily backups and disaster recovery procedures.
4. IT Security & Technical Support
-
Deploy and maintain antivirus, anti-malware, firewall, and endpoint
protection systems.

Protect company infrastructure and data from cybersecurity threats.

Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries.

Provide technical support to corporate employees and field teams.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses,
warranties, and inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience as an
IT Administrator, System Administrator, IT Manager, or similar
technical role.
Experience within an industrial, engineering, energy, or corporate
environment will be preferred.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Active Directory and user access management.

Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches,
and network configuration.
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.

Experience managing cloud storage and structured file servers.

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection.
Soft Skills

- Ability to respond quickly to critical technical issues.
